Is the ticket refundable?
Due to the risks associated with live events, all ticket purchases will be non-refundable.

What are the event parking options?
The Sheraton Sand Key Resort offers complimentary on-site parking.

What time is the Rededication Ceremony?
The Rededication Ceremony begins at 10:00am.

What time is the main event?
Check-in begins at 11:30am.
The main event begins promptly at 12:00pm

Will there be Vendor Opportunities?

Vendor Set Up is from 8:00am – 9:00am.
Vendor Breakdown is at 3:30pm.

Are there public shopping hours for the vendors?
Shopping Hours are 9:00 – 10:00am, 11:00am – 12:00pm and 1:30pm – 3:00pm.

What are the seating arrangements?
General seating will be provided.

Is this event open to the public?
Only the main event beginning at 12:00pm will be open to the public.

Is Sheraton Sand Key Resort wheelchair accessible?

Good To Know:
Due to the Sheraton being located on Clearwater Beach in conjunction with the event being scheduled during Spring Break, it is highly recommended that all guests take the Belleair Buff Causeway instead of Clearwater Memorial Causeway to avoid any delays. See map below:
